Our fee is $180 for 60 min or $135 for 45 min visit. Packages are available, which add a discount depending on how many visits are purchased in the package. Additionally, a sliding scale for those with financial hardship is available. Please inquire via call, text, or email for more information about packages and our sliding scale. At this time we do not take insurance directly, but we are happy to provide a "super-bill". You can submit the super-bill to your insurance for reimbursement.
Dr.Q is a licensed Naturopathic Physician in the state of Washington with board certification in biofeedback. He has practiced medicine for 6 years in the state of Washington. His practice has had him focused in the fields of primary care, physical medicine, mental health, and neurology at one time or another. However, his passion has continued to be in mind-body medicine.
For those unfamiliar with mind body medicine, it is an approach to healthcare that emphasizes the interconnectedness of the mind and body. As such, it uses concepts and modalities from biofeedback, psychology, neurology, and naturopathic medicine. The aim of mind body medicine is to address the psychological factors that can contribute to or worsen physical illness, build self awareness, positive coping mechanisms, and aid in stress/emotional regulation.
Dr.Q has worked with children as young as 8 years old while working at Seattle Children's Biofeedback program and adults as young as 82 in private practice. He has seem patients from all walks of live and strives to create a safe space regardless of a patient's orientation, culture, or beliefs.
If you are inquiring about a specific treatment modality not mentioned on the website and Dr.Q does not feel equipped to address the concern he is happy to refer you to another provider who can help.
Being an independent private practice Fenix Health does not have access to resources larger organization might have. As such if you suffer from severe symptoms be it mental, physical, or otherwise Dr.Q can point you to the right resource but Fenix Health might not be the best fit for your needs. We do not provide in-patient, emergency services, or care after hours.
